Home to the uber-rich and powerful, design sensibilities in Fresco tend toward the expansive. Clean robopatrolled streets connect long, wide, single-family homes and living complexes with a dazzling array of hightech showrooms, golf courses, public parks, and rooftop gardens. The architecture calls to mind utopian visions like those of the Venus Project and Buckminster Fuller, with the ease and appeal of Californication. Homes here are big, smart, green, often experimental, and cost more than most people will make their entire lives.
